Product Details

Our Aiva Top is made from 100% smooth, organic cotton with natural corozo nut buttons. This collarless shirt unbuttons all the way to the waist seam, which is internally elasticated for soft body shaping.  A gentle frill on the hem sits high on the hip and the sleeve is gently ruffled adding to the soft, feminine feel. This can be paired with the Aiva Skirt for a total outfit.

Material

100% Organic Cotton

This fabric has a smooth, matte surface with a structured form giving the final garment a sophisticated, crisp appearance. Cotton fabrics are cool, comfortable and breathable.

Organic cotton is grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers or hazardous pesticides, which protects biodiversity and waterways and builds and maintains soil fertility.

The organic cotton for this fabric was sourced from India.

Maker

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure the factory is safe and compliant.

The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits. 

Size and Fit

This top has a relaxed fit. The key fit points to check for best size are around the waist and the length. The top has been designed to sit loose on the waist. We recommend you take your usual size.

All garments are measured flat (not on body) and then doubled (except the length) to calculate the total circumference. To work out what size will suit you best, flat measure an item that fits you well and use this as a guide. Please contact us if you have any questions or need more information.
