The Merino Wool Long Sleeve Top has been crafted with versatility and comfort in mind. Perfect for layering, the extra fine Merino wool keeps you warm and is light weight. The Merino Wool Skin features a scoop neckline, neat sleeves and a body that is long enough to tuck into pants or skirts.

Material

100% Merino Wool

This garment has been crafted from a soft merino wool yarn. Merino wool is a very fine wool fibre that creates a soft, fluffy finish. It is breathable and temperature regulating, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer.

Wool is naturally renewable and biodegradable. This garment is recyclable where local options are available.

Maker

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure the factory is safe and compliant.

The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits.

The Merino Wool Skin is a fitted garment with stretch. As it has been designed as a layering garment we suggest you select your usual size.

Care Instructions

  • Cold hand wash separately with wool detergent
  • Do not rub, soak or bleach
  • Do not spin or tumble dry
  • Roll in towel to remove excess water
  • Iron on reverse side
  • Lay flat to dry in shade easing back into original shape
  • Dry cleanable
  • Knitwear can shrink up to 3cm in length and width however after pressing and wear the yarn will relax and grow, which our production team consider with each design.
