Product Details

The Huvet Jacket is a cropped textured jacket, crafted from a lightweight organic cotton. Considered details are present throughout the garment's construction, including a full lining, binding finishings, side pockets, and comfortable elastic sleeves.

Destined for high rotation. Pair with jeans and a tee for the weekend. Layer over your go-to office looks as you run out the door.

Material

98% Organic Cotton 2% Elastane

Cotton is a natural plant fibre. It is known for being breathable, durable and soft. Organically grown cotton avoids the use of harmful pesticides and chemicals in the farming process, helping to maintain good soil health, protect waterways and reduce nitrogen pollution compared to conventional cotton. The cotton fibre in this fabric was organically grown in India. 

Elastane is a synthetic, man-made fibre, constructed to provide extra stretch to a finished textile. 

Maker

Manufacturer: Yao Fa Garment Factory (Shanghai, China) 

This style was made in China through production agent Eastlink Sales, established in 2006 by Mrs Crystal Wu. Crystal has a great team based in Shanghai who work with us to manage our development and production. They also act as the go between with the factory where our garments are made, Yao Fa Garment Factory. 

Yao Fa Garment Factory undergo annual SMETA social compliance audits, which are conducted by a third party and provide transparency into worker wellbeing and wages. They are also measuring their environmental impact through tracking their electricity use. In 2023, the factory's investment in Renewable Energy Certificates meant that they operated on 100% renewable electricity.
