This competition “Win a Fashion Showcase Experience” is organised by ELK Accessories Pty Ltd (Promoter) and is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over who enter this competition (Entrant).

Prize Terms
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be traded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Additional costs, such as food, drinks, transport, and accommodation, are the responsibility of the winner. It is recommended that the winner purchases travel insurance at their own expense.

Promotion Dates
The promotion starts at 9:00 am AEST on October 3, 2024, and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on October 13, 2024.

The promotion is open to entrants who make a purchase in any ELK store or on the ELK website after 9:30am AEST on October 3rd 2024, and before 11:59pm AEDT on the October 13, 2024, the competition entry form will remain open until to 2:00am on October 14, 2024, for valid entrants to complete the compulsory entry requirement of submitting a proof of purchase.

Who Can Enter?
The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.

How to Enter
To enter, make a purchase in any ELK store or on the ELK website and complete the online entry form, available at https://elkthelabel.com/pages/elk-win-a-fashion-showcase-competition.

All entries must fulfil the competition requirements to be eligible for the prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not meet the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Multiple entries using various email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules will lead to disqualification. Fraudulent methods or attempts to bypass the rules will result in immediate disqualification.

Additional Entries
After completing the compulsory entry by submitting a proof of purchase order number, Entrants can earn additional entries by subscribing to the ELK email database or visiting or following ELK on social media, including Instagram (@elkthelabel), Facebook (facebook.com/elkthelabel), Pinterest (au.pinterest.com/elkthelabel), YouTube (youtube.com/@ELKTheLabel), and TikTok (tiktok.com/@elkthelabel), these additional entries can only be only be earned once per entrant. *Entrants can earn additional points for submitting a new proof of purchase order number, once per day during the competition period.

Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be chosen through a random electronic selection on October 14, 2024 and judged on the merit of their entry in fulfilling the entry requirements as per the terms and conditions specified. The winner will be notified via email and announced on the @elkthelabel Instagram feed on October 14, 2024.

If the winner does not respond to contact by the Promoter within 3 days of being notified by email, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner. The Promoters decision on the winning entry is final.
