The Aki Stud Earring is a neat stud earring designed for everyday wear with an abstract shape for added interest. Crafted from colourful resin with titanium ear posts, these subtle studs can be paired with the matching Aki Bangle and Aki Necklace to achieve a more directional, elevated look.

Material

Resin with titanium post and brass butterfly backing

This piece is made using a combination of resin and brass. We use a resin that is non-toxic and is distinguished by its durability and longevity.

The metal used in ELK jewellery is nickel free and meets the EU REACH standards.

Maker

This style was made by Korean company Cielo Sereno at the factory that they work with, located in Qingdao, China. Cielo is owned and operated by Eun Hee Kim who we know as Olive. She is an incredible, creative woman with a young family. Olive established her business in 2004 after she graduated from Central Saint Martins School of Fashion in London.

As they operate as an agent for us, we are actively working with Olive to increase transparency across the entire operation. Olive works directly with the factory each month conveying our designs and ensuring our vision is brought to life.

The factory is a member of Sedex and undergoes regular SMETA social compliance audits.

Care Instructions

Avoid contact with liquid, including beauty products.

Resin can be wiped clean with a soft dry cloth or cleaned in cold water if needed. The surface can scratch if exposed to abrasive surfaces and lighter colours can be affected by sunscreens, make up or other liquids - especially if tinted. For best care, we suggest wiping your piece down after wear.
