ORDER COLLECTION IN-STORE WILL RESUME FROM THE 28TH DECEMBER.
HOW TO PLACE A CLICK & COLLECT ORDER
1. Place an order online and at the checkout select Click & Collect. Please nominate the store you wish to collect from.
2. Our team will contact you via email to let you know when your order has arrived in store and will be available to pick up, at the times specified below.
Please note times available for collection do vary between stores at the moment. It can take around 2 business days for your order to reach ELK metropolitan stores from our warehouse. Delivery to our Barwon Heads, Newtown & Mornington stores can take around 2-4 days.
3. Drop by the chosen store to collect your order:
Collection is available at Preston, Albert Park, Little Collins, Carlton, South Yarra, Brighton, Barwon Heads, Newtown, Mornington and at our Reservoir Clearance Store.
The Reservoir Clearance Store is open for Saturday & Sunday Trade, only.
Orders are only available for collection during the store opening hours; Saturday, 9am - 4pm, and Sunday, 11am - 4pm.
Exchanges of sale stock are not available in store. In case of exchange contact customer service at hello@elkthelabel.com
