Joining ELK Rewards is simple. Visit the ELK website and create an account with us online or visit us in store and we can help you set your account up.
You earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent in store or online. Points can also be earned by signing up for SMS updates, following us on social media, and leaving a post-purchase review.
Your ELK Rewards Points balance can be checked anytime by logging into your ELK account on the ELK website and viewing it on the Loyalty Dashboard.
You can redeem your points online when logged into your ELK account. Simply add items to your cart, and during checkout, you’ll see a dropdown box where you can select the amount of points you wish to redeem for a discount. Please note: Using Express Checkout options like Shop Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay will bypass the option to redeem points, please proceed directly to the ELK website-checkout page, to apply redeemable points to your purchase. If you have started the checkout process using the Shop Pay app and would like to redeem ELK Rewards points, please select to 'checkout as a guest', located at the bottom of this Checkout page.
Your Birthday discount code will be available when you log into your ELK account online. Go to the Rewards Page via your account profile or the ELK Rewards Program link in the page footer. Click on the Rewards History button to find your Birthday discount code, which you can then apply at checkout. Birthday discount codes are valid for 30 days from when you receive your reward notification via email, typically within 24 to 48 hours after your registered birthday.

If you have multiple ELK accounts under different email addresses and would like to merge them, please reach out to our customer service team via email at hello@elkthelabel.com or live chat between 9:00-5:00 AEST. It is in your best interest to maximise your points into one profile and always use the same one profile when ordering with us.
ELK Rewards vouchers cannot be combined with any other discount offers or promotional codes. If you opt to use an express payment option like Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, this may bypass the option to redeem your points. Please make sure to proceed directly to the ELK website-checkout page to redeem points. Yes, ELK Rewards members can earn and redeem points both online and in-store.
All ELK Rewards points are collected in AUD. Points will be automatically adjusted based on your local currency conversion.
You can refer a friend who is a first-time customer to our site. Referrals will not be valid if the referred person has previously shopped with us.
If you return items, the points earned for those items will be deducted from your balance. If you used a rewards discount (converted points) on an order and return all items, the converted points will be returned. If you return part of your order, the system cannot automatically return converted points, please contact our Customer Service team, if you wish, for manual adjustment.
