The Fraame Cardi is a cropped cardigan with distinct waterfall front edges. The Fraame Cardi fits neatly against the body and offers a small amount of stretch due to the nature of the knit stitch. Designed to elevate your simple staple tshirts and shirting. Layer the Fraame Cardi over the A-Line Shirt and pair with the Staas Stud Earrings to quickly transition to evening.

Material

72% Viscose Rayon 28% Recycled Nylon

Viscose is a man-made cellulosic fibre (MMCF), derived from wood pulp. It has a silk-like feel, fluid drape and comfortable breathability. Through our work with not-for-profit organisation Canopy, we are sourcing more than 95% of our MMCF fibres from producers that have a green shirt rating according to the most current CanopyStyle Hot Button Report. This rating is a reflection of Canopy's assessment of the producers' engagement with CanopyStyle audits, their contribution to conservation, innovation initiatives, sourcing policies, transparency and chemical management.

Recycled nylon is a synthetic, man-made fibre. It is made from pre-consumer and post-consumer plastic waste which is deconstructed and then regenerated into a textile fibre.

We began working with DBW in 2022. As an experienced knitwear manufacturer, DBW have implemented a number of initiatives to mitigate their environmental impact, including a solar energy system, rain harvest system and the use of agricultural waste to operate their onsite boiler. This conscious approach is recognised by the company's platinum status under both LEED building standards, and Vietnam's LOTUS accreditation system.

In addition, DBW are regularly audited for their social compliance practices by Better Work, and hold SA8000 Social Accountability certification.

The Fraame Cardi is a neat fit all over with natural stretch due to the knit stitch. It is cropped in body length.
