AUSTRALIAN BUSHFIRE RELIEF

Australian beach with thick smoke from a bushfire covering the sky. Waves reach the shore as fire rages in the background.

We have been heartbroken to witness the devastating bushfires across New South Wales and Queensland.

Our hearts go out to everyone affected and we thank the tireless work of firefighters and emergency services who put themselves at risk to protect communities, homes, lives, bushlands and wildlife. We are asking for your help to raise $5000, which we will match.

Together we can donate $10,000 to the Red Cross to support the incredible work they are doing to help those affected. The Australian Red Cross is supporting communities affected by bushfires across NSW and Queensland through disaster relief and recovery.

Volunteers are providing psychological support, first aid and helping evacuees to get in touch with family and friends. Red Cross volunteers are supporting people at 16 evacuation centres across NSW and five evacuation centres in Queensland. Please help us raise the much-needed funds to help your fellow Australians in their time of crisis. A big heartfelt thanks from the team here at ELK for your generosity and compassion.

ELK's goal is to raise up to $10,000 by Monday the 6th of January 2020. Irrespective of the amount raised by the ELK community, ELK will be donating $5,000 to the Australian Red Cross.
