If the delivery address is unattended, the parcel will be left in a location deemed safe by the driver. If no safe location can be found, a card will be left and either redelivery will be arranged, or the package will be taken to your local post office. From time to time, we do offer freight discounts which automatically update in the shopping cart if applicable. Please check our home page for any freight offers.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY
Standard Free Shipping offer currently applies to all orders valued at over AUD $200, with an Australian shipping address.
All orders are shipped from our ELK Distribution Centre, located in Reservoir, Victoria, Australia.
We partner with Australia Post (occasionally StarTrack) for delivery within Australia.
Express Shipping is available for Australian shipping addresses only and is charged at a flat rate of AUD $20.
Express shipping orders placed before 11am AEDT on a business day will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following business day.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
International Free Shipping offer currently applies to all orders valued at over NZD $300, with a New Zealand shipping address.
We partner with Fedex Priority for all deliveries to North America, and a combination of Fedex Priority and DHL Express for all other international destinations.
ELK pays all applicable duties for North America and New Zealand
For North America and New Zealand, taxes will be calculated in the shopping cart if required.
For all other countries, we do not offer DDP (Deliver Duty Paid) for our shipments. However, we do offer DAP (Delivered at Place) where the customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes. This means that customers will need to pay customs fees themselves upon delivery. Please refer to your countries threshold on Taxes and Duties.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email from us when your order is wrapped and waiting for our carrier partners to collect from our Melbourne Distribution Centre.
As soon as it is collected, the delivery provider will contact you directly and provide tracking details including expected delivery times.

We aim to despatch your purchase within 2 business days.
During peak times this despatch time may increase.
The carrier will confirm estimated delivery time to you directly once they have collected from our ELK Distribution Centre.

Our online orders are plastic free, and all elements are either reusable, recyclable or compostable.
