The Finby Metallic Cardigan is a cropped, round-neck cardigan with a button-down front. The cardigan features a wide ribbed detail in the sleeve and body, and a lightweight jersey knit stitch through the body. Crafted from a metallic yarn with a taupe base, this cardigan is warm and breathable

Material

84% Merino Wool 10% Polyester 6% Metallic

This wool yarn is great for the layering season, with temperature-regulating properties that help to keep you warm in cool weather, while remaining breathable when it's warm. An added metallic yarn provides a touch of glimmer to the finished knit.

The wool for this fibre has been sourced from farms that meet global standards for responsible husbandry practices and environmental care of agricultural land, ensuring that sheep are treated with respect and soil health, waterways and biodiversity are protected.

Maker

We began working with Deutsche Bekleidungswerke (DBW) in 2022. DBW are a socially and environmentally conscious manufacturer located in Vietnam. DBW have implemented a number of initiatives to mitigate their environmental impact, including a solar energy system, rain harvest system and the use of agricultural waste to operate their onsite boiler. This conscious approach is recognised by the company's platinum status under both LEED building standards, and Vietnam's LOTUS accreditation system.

In addition, DBW are regularly audited for their social compliance practices by Better Work, and hold SA8000 Social Accountability certification.

• Squeeze out excess water.
• Gently pull wet garment into shape.
• Dry flat in shade.
• Cool iron on reverse.
• Do not use other forms of heat when drying
