The Sylle Crossbody is a compact, mini crossbody style with a spacious main compartment and large external patch pocket with twist-lock closure. Crafted from sturdy, textured and durable remnant leather with main zip closure and detachable, adjustable strap. This surprisingly roomy bag has two internal pockets, one with a zipper closure for your phone and other valuables. The perfect companion to a night or day out when you don’t want to be weighed down but carry all the essentials.

Leather is a natural animal material. Leather products offer durability and longevity, as they are not only made to last but soften and gain character with age. We have used remnant leathers to create this style. By liaising closely with our makers, we are able to use up discarded leathers from either ELK or other brands' production, ensuring it does not go to waste.

  • To maintain the beauty of your ELK bag we recommend protective sprays and using a good quality leather conditioner to treat the product, which will increase its longevity. Do not put leather pieces on the ground or rub against abrasive surfaces. Leather is a natural material and will wear with age and use. The dye in the leather can sometimes rub off so please be aware of this when wearing light clothing or placing the leather item on light surfaces.

These leather pieces are made in India by family owned and operated company Ellevana. As a newer operation we are working together with the team to establish regular auditing processes for both environmental and social practices.

In 2023 Ellevana completed a full 4-Pillar SMETA social compliance audit, which are conducted by a third party and provide transparency into worker wellbeing and wages.
