Velvet jacket.

The Suuri Jacket is a lightweight velvet jacket with an open front. The jacket has a lined bodice and an unlined sleeve, as well as a wide hem band and sleeve band finish. The low-pile velvet has an elegant drape and a subtle sheen.

Main: 74% Viscose 26% Nylon Lining: 95% Polyester 5% Elastane

A luxurious, low pile velvet, this fabric hangs beautifully on the body while providing a subtle sheen.

We are working with not-for-profit organisation Canopy to ensure that all our forest-based fabrics are responsibly sourced from sustainable forestry and preference those with a green shirt ranking according to the most current CanopyStyle Hot Button Report. This report guides us in ensuring our viscose products have a low risk of being sourced from ancient and endangered forests. Our traceability systems confirm the viscose fibres in this garment are from green shirt rated producers.

Maker

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure a safe working environment.

The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits.
