Note, the E-Gift Voucher will be emailed to you, not the recipient. Each Voucher has a unique code for your security.

Gift vouchers are purchased in Australian Dollars (AUD) only, regardless of the purchase location. Gift vouchers can be used on international purchases, and the dollar amount of the gift voucher will be converted from AUD to the local currency based on the exchange rate on the day.

The e-gift voucher can be used on the ELK website or in our Melbourne retail stores, and is valid for 3 years from the listed date of issue.

What happens after I purchase an ELK e-gift voucher?
Your ELK e-gift voucher will be emailed to you, not the recipient. Ensure you enter a valid email address during checkout. You can then either print out the voucher or forward it to the lucky recipient by email. 

Where can I redeem my ELK e-gift voucher?

How do I use my ELK e-gift voucher online?
Once you’ve added items to your shopping cart, click ‘check out’. On the right, you’ll see a box to enter your gift card details. Click ‘apply’ to apply the value of your gift voucher to your order.

What if I don’t have enough funds on my ELK e-gift voucher to cover my purchase?
If you don’t have enough on your e-gift voucher to cover your entire order, the balance can be paid by using another payment method.

Do I need to use the full balance of my ELK e-gift voucher in one order?
Yes, unfortunately you must use the full e-gift voucher amount towards one order. For instance, if you have a $100 e-gift voucher, you can’t elect to only use $30 towards an order valued at $150. 

Is there a limit to the number of ELK e-gift vouchers I can use to pay for my order?
No, you can use an unlimited number of e-gift vouchers at checkout.

Can I still earn ELK Rewards when using a gift voucher?
Yes, you will still earn ELK Rewards when redeeming an e-gift voucher.

Can I redeem ELK Rewards to purchase an e-gift voucher?
No, as per the terms and conditions of the program, you cannot redeem ELK Rewards to purchase e-gift vouchers.

Can I purchase a physical ELK gift voucher?
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we do not offer physical ELK gift card purchases online.
