We are looking for an experienced and highly effective customer service and sales support administrator to join our dynamic ELK wholesale team. ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate and execute all tasks that support the efficient operation of the ELK wholesale business. A day in the life includes providing timely administrative and customer-centric support to our in-field sales team, so our accounts are nurtured and sales opportunities continue to be identified.

Success in this role is reflective of the quality of the relationships between our ELK wholesale customers, ELK in-field sales team and a collection of internal ELK partners. Key deliverables include; smooth running operations, customer experience, continuous improvement of processes and importantly, the discovery of sales opportunities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• End to end coordination of wholesale orders (using Warehouse Management System)
• Ownership of all administrative and coordination tasks that support our wholesale business units and in-field sales team
• Personable and proactive support to our wholesale customer including seeking new and repeat sales opportunities
• Accurate management of wholesale customer database
• Daily liaison and collaboration with ELK planning, distribution, customer service, finance and studio teams
• Maintaining product knowledge and establishing self as subject matter expert (fabrications, sustainable attributes, best sellers & outfitting)
• Analysis of reports and sharing of insights and recommendations

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive, energetic and highly organised Social Media & Marketing Specialist to grow ELK’s audience, engagement and sales through compelling content, creative partnerships and memorable brand experiences.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider ELK team, you’ll translate our product, design and sustainability stories into content that connects with new and existing audiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, filming, editing, scheduling and publishing content across ELK’s social channels
• Managing influencer and creator collaborations from outreach and negotiation through to reporting
• Growing affiliate marketing, PR, media, stylist and complementary brand partnerships
• Briefing our paid media agency and supplying high-performing creative assets
• Coordinating events, activations and real-time social content
• Tracking social, influencer, affiliate, PR and paid media performance to identify growth opportunities

This is a full-time, hybrid role primarily based at our Preston office, with attendance at content shoots, retail activations and events as required.

WHAT WE'LL LOVE ABOUT YOU

You’re a creative and commercially minded social marketer with strong visual instincts, a genuine interest in fashion and culture, and the organisation to manage multiple priorities at pace.

• At least four years’ experience across digital marketing, social media, content, PR or campaign delivery, ideally in fashion, retail, beauty or lifestyle
• A strong portfolio of visual content, platform-specific copywriting and storytelling
• Hands-on video and photo editing capability, ideally including CapCut
• Experience managing creators, influencers, affiliates, PR or brand partnerships
• Confidence using social scheduling and analytics tools and briefing external agencies
• Warm relationship-building skills, commercial curiosity and a solutions-focused approach

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced, people-focused Distribution Centre Manager to lead the end-to-end performance of our Distribution Centre. You’ll oversee the safe, accurate and efficient movement of inventory across eCommerce, Wholesale and Retail, bringing together people, process, systems and data to deliver exceptional service and strong commercial outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading day-to-day operations across receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch
• Driving fulfilment accuracy, DIFOT, productivity, capacity and service performance across all channels
• Leading, coaching and developing an engaged, accountable and high-performing DC team
• Maintaining inventory integrity through strong receipting, putaway, cycle count and stocktake controls
• Optimising stock flow, warehouse layout, systems, labour and resources to meet seasonal demand
• Managing freight, suppliers, operating costs and relevant budgets
• Championing workplace safety, compliance, housekeeping and proactive risk management
• Using operational data, innovative, solution based thinking and continuous improvement methods to improve customer experience, cost and sustainability outcomes

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site leadership role based in our Reservoir Distribution Centre.

WHAT WE'LL LOVE ABOUT YOU

• You are a commercially minded and hands-on operational leader who creates clarity, builds team capability and enjoys making complex, fast-moving operations work better.
• At least five years’ experience leading a Distribution Centre, warehouse or fulfilment operation in a retail, wholesale, eCommerce or multi-channel environment (eCommerce highly regarded)
• Demonstrated success leading, developing and engaging operational teams
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, distribution, fulfilment and freight operations
• Experience driving change, implementing systems and embedding improved ways of working
• Confidence managing budgets, suppliers and external service providers
• Strong data and systems capability, including Excel, WMS, inventory and fulfilment platforms
• A solutions-focused approach with strong planning, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills
