We are very proud of the culture we have built at ELK, one that is characterised by an inclusive and collaborative approach. Openness, respect and honesty are very important to us so we apply these values to ensure others feel comfortable to do the same. Our most important priority is to create a work-life balance which we proactively encourage and support within the ELK community.

Family comes first and we strive to give staff a healthy balance between life at work and at home. There is no one size fits all for our staff so we aim to be as flexible as the job allows when staff want time to pursue other passions and spend time with family.

Our staff come from an extremely diverse range of backgrounds including Burmese, American, Taiwanese, Italian, French, English, Malaysian and Japanese... to name a few!  We celebrate cultural diversity and support gender equality and family and caring arrangements by having flexible hours for staff.

We value hard work combined with a relaxed attitude and we believe in having fun! From our staff, wholesalers, right through to our suppliers and manufacturers, we endeavour to have a positive impact on every person who has contact with ELK.
