The Llinen Light V Neck Top is versatile day-to-evening style crafted from mid-weight French linen in a rich Bordeaux hue. This regular fit top features a V-neckline and wide elbow length sleeves with keyhole closure at the back with a natural Corozo nut button. The regular fit at the shoulders flows into an A-line shape from the bust. 100% French Linen

Crafted from 100% Dew-Retted Linen, with a slightly textured and soft hand feel.

Linen is a natural plant fibre, grown from the flax plant. The crop itself is naturally pest-resistant and requires minimal water to grow, meaning it demands fewer resources than crops such as conventionally-grown cotton.

Linen grown in France follows more traditional methods of growing and processing. For example, the crop is stripped back to prepare it for textiles using a dew-retting process. Dew-retting makes use of natural sunlight and dew to soften the crop, rather than using intensive chemical or water processes.

This style was made in China through production agent Eastlink Sales, established in 2006 by Mrs Crystal Wu. Crystal has a great team based in Shanghai who work with us to manage our development and production.

They also act as the go between with the factory where our garments are made, Yao Fa Garment Factory.

Yao Fa Garment Factory undergo annual SMETA social compliance audits, which are conducted by a third party and provide transparency into worker wellbeing and wages. They are also measuring their environmental impact through tracking their electricity use. In 2023, the factory's investment in Renewable Energy Certificates meant that they operated on 100% renewable electricity.
