A blouson version of our popular Suuri Velvet Top, the Suuri Gathered Top is crafted from a soft velvet with subtle sheen velvet. Featuring an elasticated hem at the front creating a gentle blousing effect at the front hem, while the flat hem at the back provides a clean, streamlined finish. This regular fit top has a slightly almond-shaped neckline and short batwing-style sleeves. A luxurious, refined pull-on style for elevated wear. Perfect for evening or office.

74% Viscose 26% Nylon

Viscose is a man-made cellulosic fibre (MMCF), derived from wood pulp. It has a silk-like feel, fluid drape and comfortable breathability. Through our work with not-for-profit organisation Canopy, we are sourcing more than 95% of our MMCF fibres from producers that have a dark green shirt rating according to the most current CanopyStyle Hot Button Report, which is the highest possible rating. This rating is a reflection of Canopy's assessment of the producers' engagement with CanopyStyle audits, their contribution to conservation, innovation initiatives, sourcing policies, transparency and chemical management.

Nylon is a synthetic, man-made fibre, which is both durable and easy to care for.

We have been working with Jimmy Fashions since 2010. They are a smaller, independent supplier with a focus on design and quality, and this is one of our longest standing supplier relationships. With owner Jimmy Shen and his team working closely with our Design and Production departments, this family-owned business has grown with ELK and now supplies much of our woven apparel.

In early 2024, Jimmy installed rooftop solar panels on his factory, and estimates more than 50% of the factory's electricity to come from this renewable source. The factory also undergoes annual SMETA social compliance audits, which are conducted by a third party and provide transparency into worker wellbeing and wages.
