Leather is a natural animal material. Leather products offer durability and longevity, as they are not only made to last but soften and gain character with age. The leather for this style was sourced from a tannery that has received a Gold rating from the Leather Working Group (LWG). This is the highest rating from LWG and demonstrates the tannery's performance in responsible leather manufacturing across multiple indicators including water & electricity use, waste & chemical management and traceability.

  • To maintain the beauty of your ELK bag we recommend protective sprays and using a good quality leather conditioner to treat the product, which will increase its longevity. Do not put leather pieces on the ground or rub against abrasive surfaces. Leather is a natural material and will wear with age and use. The dye in the leather can sometimes rub off so please be aware of this when wearing light clothing or placing the leather item on light surfaces.

B.N. Enterprises, located in Delhi, India, has been a long-term supplier of ELK, starting with a small collection in 2013. B.N. is a family owned and operated business, who specialise in leather goods.

B.N. are members of the Worldly HIGG platform, where they report on electricity, water, waste and chemical impact.     Purchased this lovely bag in tan

    Loved it as soon as I unwrapped it.

    Took it on a trip to Sydney and it was perfect. So functional.

    Whilst shopping in DJs the young man on the penhaligons counter was admiring it. Asked if he could touch the smooth leather. I wrote down the name ELK for him and suggested he look online. He was amazed when I told him the price. Said it looked like. 3000 dollar bag. My first ELK bag but definitely not my last

    I bought it for my wife, she loves it!

    Very easy process to purchase. Arrived well packaged in about one week. The item was excellent quality as you would expect from elk. It is a real showstopper.

    Roomy and classic

    Love my new bag! Plenty of compliments and side glances (the good kind) roomy but a classic I expect to use for years to come. Got myself a new organiser too that fits perfectly.
