The Etienne Tshirt Dress a relaxed, yet refined jersey dress crafted from a soft organic cotton. The asymmetric design features a flattering waist tuck detail that adds shape and interest. A relaxed fit dress with classic crew neck, turned-up short batwing sleeves, and a gently flared skirt. This midi dress is finished with gentle gathers from the shoulders and side-seam pockets. An easy and very comfortable pull-on silhouette that you’ll reach for time and time again. Smooth, organic cotton yarns form a breathable, semi-structured jersey fabric with an opaque finish.

Cotton is a natural plant fibre. It is known for being breathable, durable and soft. Organically grown cotton avoids the use of harmful pesticides and chemicals in the farming process, helping to maintain good soil health, protect waterways and and reduce water & nitrogen pollution compared to conventional cotton. The cotton fibre in this fabric was organically grown in India.

We have been working with Jimmy Fashions since 2010. They are a smaller, independent supplier with a focus on design and quality, and this is one of our longest standing supplier relationships. With owner Jimmy Shen and his team working closely with our Design and Production departments, this family-owned business has grown with ELK and now supplies much of our woven apparel.

In early 2024, Jimmy installed rooftop solar panels on his factory, and estimates more than 50% of the factory's electricity to come from this renewable source. The factory also undergoes annual SMETA social compliance audits, which are conducted by a third party and provide transparency into worker wellbeing and wages.
