Welcome to our new feature, THE CREATOR SERIES.

At ELK, we believe creativity is a practice, something nurtured through quiet rituals, curious moments, and the space we make to reconnect with ourselves. This season, we're inviting you to pause and reflect on what inspires you.

As part of our Summer 2025 collection, The Creator Series features a group of inspiring creatives as they reflect on what keeps them inspired, grounded, and returning to their craft.

Through a series of Instagram reels each creator shares their own answer to the question: How do I stay inspired?

GET TO KNOW

What brings me joy?
Having the freedom to do creative shoots where I am able to express my work with no limitations alongside a collaborative team often is not only fulfilling but also invigorating. When I'm not photoshooting I also love doing my crafts such as sewing, upcycling and videography.

When do I feel most like myself?
I feel most myself when I’m doing my creative hobbies whether that be my photography, videography, sewing and immersing in films. I find when I'm able to immerse myself in these crafts I most often than not find them as a source of therapy and a way to centre myself from the noises that happen in life.

What’s a daily ritual I never skip?
I find my nightly skincare routine is something I take pride in because it not only refreshes me to reset from the day to prepare for a good night sleep, but it’s also a part of self care which I believe is time for myself even though it can often be short and sweet.

Best piece of advice someone has given me?
A family member who urged me to follow Speak to yourself as you would speak to a child.Â
