The Ahren Shirt is defined by its distinctive silhouette. Crafted from a soft Modal blend, this relaxed fit style features dropped shoulders, a clean band collar and natural Corozo nut buttons. A curved hem and slightly longer back create a soft blouson effect when tucked, while also allowing the shirt to be worn loose. 90% Modal 10% Polyester

Modal is a man-made cellulosic fibre (MMCF), derived from wood pulp. Through our work with not-for-profit organisation Canopy, we are sourcing more than 95% of our MMCF fibres from producers that have a dark green shirt rating according to the most current CanopyStyle Hot Button Report, which is the highest possible rating. This rating is a reflection of Canopy's assessment of the producers' engagement with CanopyStyle audits, their contribution to conservation, innovation initiatives, sourcing policies, transparency and chemical management.

Polyester is a synthetic, man-made fibre, which is both durable and easy to care for.

This style was made in China through production agent Eastlink Sales, established in 2006 by Mrs Crystal Wu. Crystal has a great team based in Shanghai who work with us to manage our development and production.

They also act as the go between with the factory where our garments are made, Yao Fa Garment Factory.

Yao Fa Garment Factory undergo annual SMETA social compliance audits, which are conducted by a third party and provide transparency into worker wellbeing and wages. They are also measuring their environmental impact through tracking their electricity use. In 2023, the factory's investment in Renewable Energy Certificates meant that they operated on 100% renewable electricity.
