The Dega Tshirt Jersey is a short-sleeved, midi-length shirt dress made from soft organic cotton jersey. The contour fit bust flows into a comfortable A-line hem, with subtle seams running through the centre and back creating added interest. The Dega Jersey Dress is a contour fit through the upper body, flowing into an A-line fit through the hip and down to the hem offering added comfort.

Smooth, organic cotton yarns are knitted together to create this breathable, semi-structured jersey fabric. Soft to the touch, this fabric has an opaque appearance that eliminates the necessity for layering on warmer days. 


Cotton is a natural plant fibre. It is known for being breathable, durable and soft. Organically grown cotton avoids the use of harmful pesticides and chemicals in the farming process, helping to maintain good soil health, protect waterways and reduce nitrogen pollution compared to conventional cotton. The cotton fibre in this fabric was organically grown in India.

We have been working with Jimmy Fashions since 2010. They are a smaller, independent supplier with a focus on design and quality, and this is one of our longest standing supplier relationships. With owner Jimmy Shen and his team working closely with our Design and Production departments, this family-owned business has grown with ELK and now supplies much of our woven apparel.

In early 2024, Jimmy installed rooftop solar panels on his factory, and estimates more than 50% of the factory's electricity to come from this renewable source. The factory also undergoes annual SMETA social compliance audits, which are conducted by a third party and provide transparency into worker wellbeing and wages.
